20 Lessons of 2020 With Bec Russell
It’s certainly been the year of clarity, 2020 vision as they say.
It has been a year of loss, tragedy, growth, truth, untruth, change, evolution, revolution, revelation. The veil has been lifted on so much this year and when you see something, you can no longer unsee.
It has brought to the forefront a lot of darkness, a lot of global issues that need to be addressed in order for us to step forward into a lighter, heart led world.
In this episode host Bec Russell shares 20 lessons that have come from the year that was!
Thank you for all of your support for the podcast so far. Enjoy your holiday season and take some time to rest, reflect and integrate. See you all in the new year.

What Does Wellness Mean?
Monday Nov 09, 2020
Monday Nov 09, 2020
In the first episode of Way To Wellness: The Podcast, Bec poses the question: What does wellness mean? What does it mean to be well? We have been told so much conflicting information about what wellness means, and what it takes to be well. So it is understandable that it can become quite confusing to navigate.
During this episode we will be led through some back to basics ideas about how you can measure your state of well-being, and how you can determine what wellness means for you. We are all so different, and our perception and what it takes for us to be well will be different to the next person. There is no one size fits all, that is why it is so important for us to cultivate a strong sense of self-awareness around what feels good for us.
